By verifying your validator you permit users to identify, monitor and track the historical performance of the UID to which you are associated.
Verified validators will be listed in the validators section of taostats.io to help users make more informed choices about who they wish to delegate to.
We will be supplying additional services and data to verified validators as we build and expand the site.
In order to verify your validator you must have previously submitted and have your validator approved in the Bittensor Delegates public JSON file.

Verification is attached to the hotkey and any change in the hotkey will result in loss of verification and require a new submission.
It is possible to verify your validator but request to remain private, in which case you will not have any information listed on the site, the validator will show as Private and you will not have to submit any data to taostats other than a transaction hash to verify your validator.
You will also be able to choose if you wish to appear in verified validator listings to encourage nominations or opt-out. We respect your right to remain anon.
Validator details can be updated by getting in touch with the taostats team through Discord or by email.
