Actions: identity

An on-chain identity is the name, links and image that Taostats and other explorers show for a wallet or subnet. A complete identity is how delegators and miners recognise you. Open Identity.

Set Wallet Identity

Creates or updates your wallet's public profile: name, website, GitHub, image, Discord and description. It replaces the whole identity, so a field left empty is cleared. The chain only accepts it if at least one hotkey owned by the wallet is registered on a subnet.

Set Subnet Identity

Sets your subnet's name, description, website, contact, logo and social links. Subnet owner only. Like the wallet identity, it replaces the whole record.

Update Subnet Symbol

Chooses the symbol that represents your subnet's alpha. Subnet owner only. The symbol must be one the chain allows and not already used by another subnet.
